1. Sharona : Hello. And now you are 41 and I am 59. You were born on the 12th or 11th March and I delivered you at the Mowbray Maternity home in Cape Town. I lived in at Sisters Incorporated during the remainder of my pregnancy. I was told that your adoptive parents took you to England. The first names i gave you were Jacques Anthony. Your parents might have kept one or both of your names. I managed to get a photograph of you from the ACVV who handled the adoption. I still have this photograph. The ACVV have found all information regarding your adoption and when i go to CT again i will go and see them. I have a 28 year old son from my first marriage. He would love me to find you. I think about you alot and wonder how you are doing and what your adoptive parents are like. I wonder whether your parents have told you that you were adopted? I asked the social worker at the time that it was very important that your parents told you the truth. I do hope that you will look for me.
2. Ddk24161 : I want to find a child my mother gave up for adoption before my birth. My mothers name : Petronella Christina Susanna Viljoen. She gave birth to a daughter between 1954 - 1959. The daughter may have been named Annemarie or Marlize or a similar name. I think it was somewhere in the old Transvaal area but am not sure. You did trace her to Cape Town but she refused contact. I would love to meet you if you would like to meet me.
3. Ddk24161 : I am looking for my sister who was adopted before I was born. She would have been born between the years of 1953-1960‚ either in Cape Town‚ or the Transvaal. Our Mother’s maiden name was Petronella Christina Susana Viljoen. (Her last name became ’Crook’ after she Married my father Stanley Crook in 1961) Our mother was from the Transvaal and born in 1939‚ she fell pregnant at a very young age‚ and was unmarried at the time of pregnancy so she gave the child up for adoption. We do not have the same father‚ her fathers identity is un-known. I believe her name was something along the lines of Anne-Marie/Marlize/Marelize‚ but I am not certain. My sister had tried to reach out to our Mother once‚ many years ago‚ but our mother did not wish to connect with her at the time. I would love to connect with my sister and get the chance to possibly meet her one day. Please message me.
5. Tegan1984 : I am looking for my half sister who was given up for adoption around 1982, although I don’t know the exact year. She is the child of my father. The only information that I have is that the baby was a girl and was adopted by a doctor and his wife in Cape town. I would love to get in touch.
10. Digi123 : Looking to reunite with my biological parents. I was born in the Western Cape, possibly at Karl Bremer Hospital or some other hospital in the area.
12. AdeleH : I do not want to establish physical contact with biological parents/families.
Only require detailed & comprehensive medical background & history.
14. MAGGIE1955 : I was born in Plumstead Cape Town‚ my Mom was married to Ernest Smith who is my biological father‚ I would really like to meet him one day as I have never met him and feel there is an empty void in my life. I was raised by my Grandparents until 6 then went to live with my Mom who had in the meantime married another man.
15. Paton4caring : I’m searching for my mom‚ she was married to Henry Rodney Vollenhoven. We were 4 children from eldest to youngest is Hennyboy‚ William‚ Dennis and Sophia. I also know she had another child but not from my father but I don’t really know his name nor do I have any information about my mom or her family that is why it is so difficult for me to find her. According to my dad her name was angeline and her maiden surname Jacobs but can’t seem to find her. Would be nice to meet her and I also can’t help wondering if she knows that she lost 2 of her sons.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.

I have been searching off and on for a possible biological son since 2009‚ and found him recently due to a message he left on Adopted.com. He is extremely similar to me and my other son‚ and looks a lot like me! These past few days have been the best ever.
